Scott Davis is the inventor of Forced Physics' breakthrough technology that is described in 4 granted U.S. patents and, at last count, 33 patents granted in other countries. Mr. Davis founded Forced Physics LLC in 2005 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Davis has provided business and scientific vision and leadership for the company from its inception.
Forced Physics is the realization of a lifelong dream to invent a technology that could benefit mankind. The invention of molecular beam based cooling is the result of many years of research and study of kinetic theory. In addition to his expertise in molecular beam physics, Mr. Davis has been an innovator in MEMS design and fabrication, and laser physics.
Just prior to starting Forced Physics, Mr. Davis worked as an Account Manager with Giga Information Group, a technology analyst firm. Prior to the analyst firm position, Mr. Davis worked as a Senior Project and Program Manager and later as the Western Regional Business Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation.
David Binger joined Forced Physics at the beginning of an intense period of product development in the Forced Physics laboratory, which was located in Reston, Virginia. In this period David and Scott Davis constructed and tested hundreds of prototype cooling devices with the goal of finding a scalable and manufacturable design that delivered outstanding heat transfer performance. By the end of the prototyping period, the team produced a laboratory-scale prototype that met our ambitious objectives and demonstrated high-density cooling. In 2015, Forced Physics moved from Virginia to a larger facility in Arizona and established a manufacturing capability.
Prior to joining Forced Physics, David worked for more than 10 years at the MEMS Exchange, a DARPA project hosted at the Corporation for National Research Initiatives in Reston, Virginia. As a senior software developer, he led a team of developers that created a custom ERP system to manage the unique and highly complex work flows of the world's first distributed MEMS fabrication network. The MEMS Exchange built MEMS prototypes for hundreds of customers - including Forced Physics. David became very interested in Forced Physics' technology and worked on early simulation and instrumentation for the Forced Physics heteroscopic turbine project as well as later work on the extraordinary static MEMS device that demonstrated refrigeration. David's research, ranging from 19th century gas experiments to modern work on gas-surface interactions, gas kinetics, DSMC, and molecular dynamics simulations contributed to the understanding of how Forced Physics technology fit into the broader science narrative.
Before moving to Virginia, David was a computer science professor at Centre College. David was a summa cum laude math major at The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. He earned an M.S. in mathematics (applied) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and then realized that computer science was more fun. He thereafter earned a Ph.D. in computer science in the area of electronic design automation algorithms.
Mr. Robert Davis, a practicing attorney for 30 years with an array of experience in military, business, and management positions, is Forced Physics' Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel.
Prior to joining Forced Physics, Mr. Davis served as General Counsel for a regional insurance company that has over 2,000 employees and annual revenues in excess of $400M.
A veteran of the U. S. Army, he served as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General's Corps for over five years and was assigned to Fort McClellan, Alabama - "The Military Showplace of the South". During his years as a trial attorney, he brought over 100 cases to trial.
Mr. Davis manages the Company's relationships with its vendors and investors, including all contract, lease and intellectual property issues, as well as providing organizational support for the company's research & development activities.
A graduate of Claremont McKenna College in 1976, Mr. Davis earned his law degree at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, in 1979.
Robert Felsenfeld has been a California Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the California Bar for over 30 years, and is Forced Physics' Chief Financial Officer.
His experience includes auditing with the Internal Revenue Service Manhattan District, holding a variety of positions in public accounting with BDO and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and operating his own tax practice. He has also served in a number of positions with public and private companies with operations in manufacturing, retailing, defense contracting and in the medical devices industry.
Mr. Felsenfeld brings valuable experience to the Company's financing activities, as well as its operational accounting and tax compliance and planning practices.
Terri has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, having been employed with major corporations such as GE Healthcare and SC Johnson. In addition, she worked in the computer industry, and established a Physician Services Department at a hospital. As the founder and President of Summit Solutions LLC, Terri provided strategic planning and marketing consulting services to clients, ranging from small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Excited to be part of the Forced Physics team, Terri is looking forward to accelerating the rapid global adoption of this ground-breaking technology. The Forced Physics innovation enables significant industry-wide reductions in energy and water usage, shrinking the footprint of data centers while providing a cost saving solution.
Proud to serve her community, Terri was elected as a school board member in Wisconsin after serving as the president of the Parent Teacher Organization. Her volunteer activities have focused on education and social awareness, and she established a non-profit foundation to promote education of disadvantaged girls as well as support environmental causes.
Terri and her family greatly appreciated the opportunity to live internationally, spending three years in Budapest, Hungary. She enjoys traveling and exploring diverse global cultures, riding her horses and hiking in the Sonoran desert, and dining and adventure with friends and family.
Terri graduated with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her undergraduate degree at Iowa State University with a BBA in Marketing.
Darren Kessner has almost three decades of experience in developing and automating high precision equipment and processes for a wide range of customers including industrial, aerospace, and medical. Darren's main focus is to seek out and find the newest technology that will provide customers with the most advanced and efficient solutions.
Darren joined the Forced Physics Team to assist in moving the company from an R&D focus to the commercial market. He views the Forced Physics technology and the FP Conductor as world-changing and is excited to be a driving force introducing the technology to the world.
As Director of Product Development at Serastar Technologies, Corp., Darren improved existing product lines and developed new products based on needs fueled by the ever-changing technological side of battlefield, surveillance, and security management. He also worked as an Application Engineer/Mine Industry Specialist at IEC Supply, LLC, assisting customers with electrical, electronic component, and control selection and design. Prior to that, he spent 23 years as a Systems Control Engineer at Mundt and Associates, Inc. where he co-managed the company that designs and manufactures high precision machines and automation equipment, primarily based on CNC multi-axis lasers. He wore many hats, working on mechanical, electrical, optical, and control design, throughout all the hands-on phases of manufacturing. Darren also participated in managing projects, purchasing, and sales.
Darren grew up in Montana and joined the US Army Reserve prior to attending college at Montana State University-Northern, graduating with a B.S. in Industrial Technology Education. He earned associate degrees in Metal Technology and Mechanical Technology, as well as a 1 year certificate in Machining.
Mr. Pickut has more than 35 years experience in engineering and business management. Dave's engineering experience covers many aspects of data center critical infrastructure systems, including power distribution, cooling, fire detection/suppression, facilities management, commissioning and troubleshooting. Dave's been involved with the design, construction and operation of dozens of data center facilities located throughout the world.
Mr. Pickut's past employers include Equinix, Inc., Nationwide Insurance, UUNET and Liebert/Emerson. He currently provides consulting services via Pickut Technologies, Inc.
During his tenure at Equinix, Mr. Pickut served in various engineering/operations capacities, and ultimately served as CTO. He helped build Equinix into the premier Internet colocation data center and exchange services provider.
At Liebert/Emerson, Mr. Pickut headed a power systems engineering team that developed an innovative power distribution unit design. The design captured majority market share and was the market "standard" for more than 20 years.
Recent data center work includes project management and engineering on a state-of-the-art modular data center in Sweden and engineering consulting services for an Internet colocation services company.
Dave has a BSEE degree from The Ohio State University, is a registered professional engineer, and is a member of the IEEE and the NFPA.
Mr. Depue is an entrepreneur holding numerous patents in the field of telecommunications and electronic testing. He has founded several technology-related companies, all of which were later sold to the employees. He has over 30 years of management experience with high technology companies and has led multiple high technology turn-around engagements.
Previously, Clayton was a Director at In-Q-Tel, an independent not-for-profit company that identifies, adapts, and delivers innovative technology solutions to support the missions of the CIA and broader U.S. Intelligence Community. While at In-Q-Tel, he designed and implemented a new technology lab, contributed to Big Data projects, and led a team of six engineers.
Clayton's past management experience also includes serving as President of Scorpion Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of automated test systems sold to commercial manufacturers, and the U.S. Government. The company was sold to Acculogic in 2006.
Clayton's roles included his work as COO for Neural Semiconductor Corporation, a start-up technology company providing a digital and gangable 256 neuron, neural network on silicon. The IP for this technology was later sold to Hughes Semiconductor. He also served as President of Talon Instrument, a manufacturer of electronic instruments.
For three years, Clayton, served as VP and General Manager, for Marconi ATE, North America, providing board and system level test systems for commercial and government customers. Among his accomplishments was winning an exclusive major contract to develop the test programs for the electronics for the HARM missile.
Prior to Marconi, Clayton founded Production Technology Corporation, a manufacturers' representative for capital equipment for manufacturing and electronic testing. He built the company to include 18 outside salespersons covering the southwest U.S., eventually breaking the company into six geographical regions, and selling each region to the employees.
In addition to his business pursuits, Clayton has been active in community affairs. He founded, and led as Chairman, Friends of Iwo Jima, a non-profit organization whose sole mission was to preserve Iwo Jima Park. Working with over 600 volunteers, U.S. Marine Corps retirees, and a major law firm providing pro bono legal services, the organization succeeded in preserving the Park and arranging for the relocation of the proposed U.S. Air Force Memorial to its present location on a hill overlooking the Pentagon and Washington DC. He also founded and led Americans for a Presidential Line-Item Veto, and was successful at getting a bill passed by Congress and signed by President Bill Clinton, but was later declared unconstitutional by the US Supreme Court.

Mr. Frazier was responsible for driving profitable growth through structured business innovation for both of Avnet's operating groups. Mr. Frazier collaborates with Avnet's business leaders to help them harness the power of innovation and expand Avnet's value to its customers and suppliers. He was also responsible for the analysis and coordination of customer and market opportunities and synergies that extend across both of Avnet's operating groups. He has been a passionate champion of new concepts and has been at the forefront of delivering supply chain innovation within Avnet and to industry. He served as an Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Services and Business Development of Avnet Electronics Marketing since 2004. He served an executive role, responsible for business innovation worldwide for both Avnet Technology Solutions and Avnet Electronics Marketing. He has oversight of Avnet's global supply-chain team and identified strategic business development opportunities in the supply-chain space. He has history, knowledge and experience in global supply chain solutions. He established Avnet Integrated Material Services (IMS) and served as its President. He is a 30-year industry veteran. Mr. Frazier joined Avnet in 1977 and created Avnet's Strategic Account Organization. Mr. Frazier served as an Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Services Worldwide at Avnet Inc. He is a recognized expert and visionary in global electronics supply chain management. He served as an Executive Vice President of Avnet Supply Chain Services, a branch of Avnet Electronic Marketing Americas, which includes Avnet Promiere, Avnet Supply Network Services and the Avnet EMS (electronics manufacturing services) sales channel. Mr. Frazier has been a passionate champion of new concepts and at the forefront of delivering supply chain innovation.
Mr. Jeff McKellips is a Real Estate & Mortgage Banking professional with over 28 years in the industry.
Mr. McKellips co-founded and served as president for a leading southern California mortgage banking firm that grew to 140+ employees over 14 years. He is founder and president of Signature Capital Properties, LLC. SCP, LLC procures, renovates, repositions and sells residential properties. The company focuses on acquiring residential properties through trustee sale, REO, short sale and MLS opportunities.
